Our tea courses offer a detailed and clear explanation on a variety of topics from tea history and culture, to tea production, various tea kinds and the best ways to prepare them.

The course covers a wide variety of topics including Japanese tea industry, tea regions as well as variations in Japanese tea production. You will also be able to get a better understanding of Japanese tea culture as well as professionally taste and evaluate several lesser known Japanese teas such as Kabusecha, Tamaryokucha, Wakoucha and much more.

Participation in this course will help you to expand your knowledge and understanding of Japanese tea that will come useful in current or future tea projects. Let’s explore the wider world of Japanese tea together!

Japanese Tea Foundation Certificate.

STUDY FORMAT

The course lasts for two days from 10 am to 2:30 pm, including a 30-minutes break during which will be served refreshments. Course group is limited to 7 students.
