Japanese Craft Spirits Omakase Experience by IKIGAI-SHU was organized at SUSHISAMBA last week. It gathered Dubai’s Japanese whisky aficionados for unique occasion to savor a wide range of artisan spirits coming from the best corners of Japan. Whiskies from Shiga, Hyogo Prefectures and Okinawa Island have been paired with delicacies prepared by Kyungsoo Moon and his team.
The highlight of the event was a theatrical presentation of mixology techniques combining Japanese craft gins and vodkas with Japanese artisan teas by Blue Zone Kingdom into magnificent cocktails by Iris Arely Ruano. Stay tuned for more events!
