Long awaited Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Award in Sake by IKIGAI-SHU will be held on May 7th, 14th and 21st.
Level 2 covers in greater depth the key stages of sake production and classification. It introduces candidate to the additional sake grades and specialties, and provides the guidance on which key production choices required to make them. During the Level 2 course candidates learn a wider range of kanji associated with the labeling terms and get to taste a significantly larger amount of samples.
