Japanese Tea Discovery Masterclass organized by IKIGAI-CHA Japanese Tea Academy is the perfect start of the journey through the fascinating world of Japanese Tea. It is hold in an edutaning format, and contains  both educational and fun elements. During a 2.5 hours session the participants are taken through the key events of the Japanese tea history, and the main stages of tea farming and production that set Japan above and apart from the rest of the tea production countries.

It is a fully DIY session; attendees learn to brew and evaluate 6 main Japanese tea varieties (Gyokuro, Sencha, Genmaicha, Hojicha, Wakoucha and Matcha) using authentic pottery. Tea-based snacks and desserts complement the course, and leave no space to doubt the potential and bright future of Japanese Tea category.
