Global Japanese Tea Association Intermediate Course by Ikigai-Shu covers in-depth a wide range of topics including the insights of the Japanese tea industry, production cycle, tea regions and tea cultivars. It provides tools and knowledge for better understanding of Japanese tea culture as well as being able to professionally taste and evaluate a wide variety of Japanese teas.
