The very first Matcha Barista Competition in the Middle East was held yesterday in collaboration with Oatley, represented regionally by Transmed FoodService, and IKIGAI-SHU. The event was hosted by a legendary barista professional DAMMY SAMSON at Harvester Coffee Company.
Matcha workshop provided the contestants with key product knowledge and gave confidence in making their matcha based barista preparations. 20 professionals competed to make the best #matchalatte using sophisticated #latteart techniques and showcasing their impressive dedication and skills!
